This year has been special for so many reasons, but our first year as a unified church makes this year not just special, but historic. I’m beyond grateful for your instrumental role in the love of Jesus moving through Phoenix Bible Church, impacting the heart of our city in so many ways.

In particular at this time of year, I want to express my gratitude for your financial generosity. Your sacrificial giving not only cares for our staff and families, but also fuels the kingdom impact we are having locally and globally.

Here are just a few examples of the impact over 2023:

  • 55 Baptisms Celebrating New Life in Jesus
  • 22 Children Dedicated to The Lord
  • 208 Children at Vacation Bible School
  • 150 People Participating in Sunday Classes
  • 150 People Participating in Community Groups
  • 382 People Serving on a Team
  • 1126 People on Easter Worshiping the Risen Christ
  • 720 Average Weekly In-Person Attendance
  • 1900 Unique Monthly Livestream Viewers across 120 Unique Cities
  • $155K Total Given to Mission Partners Making Disciples of Jesus across 12 Countries
  • $18K Given to Help People with Rent, Medical, and Other Immediate Needs (Benevolence)
  • 510 Gifts Given to Kids in Need via PBC Espanol Mission Trip
  • 4 New Churches Planted in the Greater Phoenix Area through our Converge Network Partnership

As we look forward to 2024, here are a few key areas your end of year giving would impact:

  • Help overcome our $223,764 deficit due to an unpredictable ministry year, merging two churches together. While we have approximately 5 months of reserves remaining to help with times like these, in an effort to be wise stewards the elders are actively thinking of ways to reduce expenses in the new year. At the same time, we are praying to see an increase in generosity to meet the ministry vision for 2024.
  • Needed updates to our PBC Kids space as we invest in the next generation
  • Blessing Hope Women’s Center with $2,500 that would provide 52 women with a full month of services
  • Partnering with Orchard:Africa to support church planting and food sustainability in rural South Africa
  • Future Investment in Permanent Signage to Increase Exposure in the Community (Estimated $100K)
