His primary areas of focus are leadership, preaching, and shepherding. Tim is married to his beautiful bride, Jaya, and they have the privilege of raising three amazing kids: Neela, Ashwin, and Tanavi. They love to hike and live the tough life of Dallas Cowboys fans.
